iphone Users
If you have an iphone you will probably know that you can only use songs bought from itunes to set as your ringtone, (pretty crappy eh!?) but there is a way round this!
If you've purchased a ringtone from this website, you will be sent a download link in the form of a text message. Simply type the link you were sent into your browser(make sure you copy this exactly) and hit enter.
Then click on 'start download' and your ringtone will play in your media player. Use your media player to save the ringtone onto your desktop.
ok this is pretty long winded but stick with it....
Next you will need to open itunes and add this file to your library (file, add file to library) Once your ringtone is in your library you now need to restrict it to 30 seconds.
1. Right click on the song you are going to make into a ringtone and select "Get Info".
2. Go to the "Options" tab and go down to the "Start Time" and "Stop Time" check boxes. Check both boxes and input the time you want your ringer to start/stop. The ringer has to be 30 seconds or less. Click "OK" when you're done.
Next you need to convert it to an AAC version, to do this highlight the ringtone and right click and select 'create AAC version'
You now have 2 versions in your library, drag the AAC version onto your desktop and you will see that it has the file extension .m4a. Change this to m4r.
Note: In windows vista you will need to go to your control panel, select folder options, click the view tab, then uncheck the box next to 'hide extensions for known file types'. This will allow you to see and change the file type.
Now delete both versions in your itunes library.
Now drag and drop the renamed file from your desktop onto 'LIBRARY' in itunes (LIBRARY will highlight) and if this is your first time creating ringtones, a bell icon will appear and ringtone list, click on it and there will be your ringtone!
connect your iphone then drag your ringtone to your iphone and your done!
How do I order and sign up?
1. Choose your favourite product.
2. Grab your mobile and send a text message with your order code.
3. You will then receive 2 download links.
4. Simply click on the links to access your downloads.
5. Enjoy unlimited ringtones!
Note: If you are a prepay customer you must have sufficient credit in order to receive your chosen download.
I have not received a download link.
There are typically two reasons why you did not receive a reply from us when you text your order:
1. Your mobile phone is premium rate barred:
This means that your phone is prohibited from texting short code numbers like the one that you sent to, you will need to check with your network operator.
2. Low credit:
Mobile phones that use a pre pay service also known as pay as you go will need sufficient credit in order to receive the download link. Please check your credit before ordering.
Note:
Mobile phones are only charged when receiving a text from us, if you did not receive a reply, you were not charged, please note that during busy periods it might take a while before your download link is delivered
I get a 'DNS error' message when trying to download
A DNS error message is rare but sometimes happens when the server is at it's busiest, meaning lots of people are trying to access the server at once and a few can't get through, if this happens simply try again.

Download Problems?
Please make sure that the WAP settings on your phone are correctly configured. Depending on the brand of your mobile, you need to set the WAP Push setting to "On", "Allow all", "Always", or "Receive all". Here are some hints and an introduction to WAP:
1. Introduction to WAP
To download items such as Polyphonic Ringtones through WAP, you will need to have a WAP enabled handset. Most handsets made after 2001 are WAP enabled. Please see our compatibility guide to be certain. If you do not have WAP set up on your handset, please configure your handset through your manufacturer's web site. Alternatively use our settings at the bottom of this page. Some service providers in UK including Orange have limited the bandwidth on their WAP service, this means that you might be experiencing problems, if this is the case then again we advise you to change your settings to the settings at the bottom of this page.
It is not possible for us to send Polyphonic Ringtones 'over the air'; you WILL need to download them using our WAP site / PIN system.
A WAP connection is needed to download Polyphonic Ringtones, True Tones, Colour Backgrounds, Colour Logos, Animated Screensavers and Video Clips. WAP accounts are usually chargeable but can be a free call from your mobile phone service provider; if they are chargeable it is usually charged at local or national rates. Contact your provider if unsure.
